My tracking number doesn’t work on FedEx or UPS?

Our primary carriers are FedEx, UPS and USPS. However, for oversize or overweight products we may need to use an LTL carrier. Order shipment emails will contain a link for tracking the shipment. If you placed your order via a method other than online, you can "Contact Us" to find which carrier was used.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We use multiple carriers depending on the size and weight of the product and where the order will be delivered. Our primary carriers for standard sized orders are FedEx, UPS and USPS. For oversized and overweight products, we use LTL carriers that vary based on destination.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders will ship from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. During peak seasons, additional time may be needed to process orders and for carriers to deliver. The most accurate estimated shipping time is provided at checkout and is available for reference in your order history.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Most of our products can be shipped to a P.O. Box. However, some products may be too large or heavy and will need to be shipped via a carrier other than USPS. In these cases, you will need to provide a physical address for delivery.

Express and overnight shipping methods are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
